Holiday Return Policy

Purchases for gifts from 11/5/26–12/24/26 are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria: They must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Returns are for store credit only. Must be returned by 1/9/27. Holiday Merchandise is FINAL SALE.

Regular Merchandise Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase on regular price items that are unworn, unwashed, NEW with tags for original form of purchase. 

Any "Last One", clearance or pink dot sale items are FINAL SALE. NO exceptions.

Jewelry, fragrance, & specialty undergarments are FINAL SALE. 

Rewards points redemption are NON REFUNDABLE and are forfeited with return.

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. No restocking fee will be charged.
